Dr. Brad Myrstol, Justice faculty, co-authored the article, "The Jailing of America's Homeless: Evaluating the Rabble Management Thesis," with Dr. Kevin Fitzpatrick of the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, which now appears in the journal, Crime & Delinquency, vol. 57 , no. 2, 2011.The article was originally published online in 2008 with Sage Publications while Dr. Myrstol was a faculty member at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville.
