The Anchorage Daily News cited the research of Dr. Sharon Chamard, Justice Center faculty, in the “Alaska Almanac – Anchorage, a statistical snapshot” (scroll to bottom of page) on Saturday, March 7, 2009. The statistics cited are from the United Way of Anchorage, Envision Anchorage: Anchorage Community Assessment Project 2008 Report. Dr. Chamard updated the secondary data for these community indictors which will be used to develop community plans for action to improve the quality of life in Anchorage.
