Dr. Sharon Chamard, Justice Center faculty, headed the update of secondary data for the 2008 United Way CAP report which gathered information, trends and community perceptions on the local economy, education, health, the natural environment, public safety, and the social environment. These indicators will be used to develop community plans for action to improve the quality of life in Anchorage. A newspaper insert about the CAP report will be distributed March 8.
