Dr. Allan Barnes, Justice faculty, was interviewed by the Associated Press for an Anchorage Daily News article, "Troopers, renter fight over Soldotna standoff damages," published online September 8.He was asked to comment on what happens when police destroy property in the process of making an arrest and who is liable for the damages.
