Dr. Marny Rivera, Justice Center faculty, has co-authored a chapter on juvenile drug and mental health courts with UAA School of Social Work Professor Kathi Trawver. The chapter is titled, "Innovative Justice for Youth with Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders: Juvenile Drug and Mental Health Courts" and will appear in the educational textbook,
