Dr. Rosay assists Anchorage Police Department with 2009-2013 strategic plan

Dr. André Rosay, Justice Center Interim Director, is a member of the Anchorage Police Department Strategic Plan Steering Committee. The committee recently produced the 2009-2013 Strategic Plan for the Anchorage Police Department. The five main goals identified in the Strategic Plan are:
  1. improve APD’s human capital,
  2. improve the public’s perception of the department,
  3. enhance the department’s performance,
  4. advance the employment of technology, and
  5. project and prioritize capital needs.
